Get Creative with architecture: living together

During Architecture Day, you’ll get Get Creative and start working on the city of the future. What if buildings are not only practical, but designed to help people do things together? And what would a city look like that encourages cooperation and encounter?

You will imagine, draw, and build your own design — from a city made especially for children to a playground where you need each other to move forward. Everything revolves around living together, making together, and thinking together.

For whom

For children aged 8 and up, together with a parent, grandparent, or other accompanying adult who takes part as well.

You are welcome to discover and create together! Please reserve a ticket for both the child and the (grand)parent/accompanying adult.

We start with a short tour through the Glaspaleis and take a look at how the building was designed. After that, you will sketch and build your own ideas. We conclude with a presentation of the designs and a shared closing moment.
