EMPLOYEES ARE NOT ALWAYS ATTRACTED TO CONVENTIONAL WORKING EINVIRONMENT STRUCTURES, MAINLY INFLUENCED BY SPECIFIC COMPANY CULTURES AND OUTMODED POLITICS. THOSE PROACTIVE PERSONS, SEEKING NEW ALTERNATIVES, UNWILLING TO BE BOSSED AROUND, ARE PENALISED, ILL AT EASE WITHIN EXISTING, INFLEXIBLE STRUCTURES. POTENTIAL IS WASTED AND NOT OF BENEFIT TO SOCIETY. HR’S PHILOSOPHY DEFINES ABILITY TO COME TO TERMS WITH THESE DEFICIENCIES, SETTING UP A DYNAMIC NETWORK, GIVING TALENTED INDIVIDUALS OPPORTUNITY TO REVITALIZE WORK PROSPECTS – ADDED VALUE VIA RECONCILIATION OF INDIVIDUAL RESOURCES:
DEFINITION
HUMAN REPUBLIC IS A SELF-CONTAINED UNDERTAKING.
IT IS DEFINED AS A GROUP, COMPOSED OF AN EXTENSIVE RANGE OF PROFESSIONS. HR IS ORGANISED TO ESTABLISH A FLEXIBLE AND, IMPORTANTLY, SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS COMMUNITY. THUS HR PROMOTES GROWTH AND STANDS FOR AN INNOVATIVE BUSINESS ‘N’ ARCHITECTURE MODEL. HR REPRESENTS A SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTION TO CONTEMPORARY URBAN DEVELOPMENT. CONSEQUENTLY HR SUPPORTS NOT ONLY JOB SEEKERS, BUT ALSO THE SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT.
ARCHITECTURE
IN THE HR CONTEXT ARCHITECTURE FUNCTIONS AS THE ENTERPRISE. INTERFACE. IN THIS MANNER ARCHITECTURE IS AT THE HUB OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY AND ASSUMES INTERDISCIPLINARY SIGNIFICANCE. HR’s BASIS IS AN ARCHITECTONIC WORK ENVIRONMENT (PARASITIC WORK MODULE). THIS BUILDING MODULE SEEKS EMPTY URBAN SITES, IS FLEXIBLE AND ERGONOMIC, THEREFORE MULTI-FUNCTIONAL, ADAPTABLE AND CAN BE INTEGRATED INTO ANY PRE-EXISTING BUILDING STRUCTURE. THE MODULAR SYSTEM ALLOWS IT TO ADAPT TO GROWTH IN DEMAND AND KEEP PACE WITH INCREASED DEMAND FOR WORK SPACE:
OBJECTIVES
HR SEEKS TO OBTAIN SUPPORT FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC. FURTHERMORE ONCE THE HR MODEL IS FIRMLY ESTABLISHED AND THE ENTERPRISE OPERATES PROFITABLY, HR WILL SEEK GOVERNMENT SUPPPORT IN FORM OF SUBSIDIES AND CONTRACTS. TRANSITION FROM AUTONOMOUS BUSINESS INITIATIVE TO GOVERNMENTAL AND PUBLIC APPROVAL IS PLANNED TO CULMINATE IN AN INTEGRATION PROCESS IN SOCIETY. HR’s AIM IS TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED AS NEW, INNOVATIVE SECTOR OF THE ECONOMY.
