Museum tours at Andy Warhol: Vanitas
Starting in early October, SCHUNCK will regularly offer free guided tours of the exhibition ‘Andy Warhol: Vanitas’. During the exhibition's duration, you can participate in a Sunday guided tour twice a month. Additionally, there will be guided tours specifically for families on two Wednesdays each month.
Sunday Tours
For those interested, the Sunday guided tours will start on Sunday 6 October. These tours begin at 12:00 PM and last for one hour. A professional guide will tell visitors what makes the exhibition so special and provide more background information on the theme of vanitas. Aspects of Andy Warhol that are not well-known to the general public will also be highlighted, and there will be plenty of room for questions and discussion.
Family Tours
Families are welcome for family guided tours starting Wednesday 9 October (3:00 PM - 4:00 PM). During these tours, you'll explore together who the artist was and why the works in 'Andy Warhol: Vanitas' also characterize him. It's not too complicated, but very accessible and just plain fun. As a family, you'll learn all sorts of facts about the world of Andy Warhol and can ask any questions you have to the museum guide.
