Tickets for Andy Warhol: Vanitas go on sale from today. The exhibition can be seen from 15 Sep 2024.

From 15 September 2024 to 16 March 2025, you can see a special exhibition at SCHUNCK: Andy Warhol: Vanitas. In this collaboration with The Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, more than a hundred works and objects from the Andy Warhol Museum's collection will be shown.

Andy Warhol (Pittsburgh, 6 August 1928 - New York, 22 February 1987) was an American artist, film director and author known for his pop-art and colourful art. Andy Warhol: Vanitas, however, focuses on the theme of religion in Warhol's work and life, as previously explored in the successful exhibition Andy Warhol: Revelation (2019) at the Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh. Vanitas builds on Revelation and delves deeper into the themes of impermanence and finitude in the artist's life and work.
